Established in 2011 in Dar es Salaam, Rishyan Consulting Group was born out of a critical market need: the elimination of land disputes and the optimization of capital returns in East Africa. In the Tanzanian real estate sector, land registry checks and bureaucratic processes require deep, localized expertise.
Over the last 15 years, our senior partners (comprising registered land surveyors, certified financial planners, and former registry officers) have audited over 1,200 plots of land, designed 35 corporate Joint Venture development frameworks, and guided over 350 Billion TZS in secure capital investments.
We are registered with the Business Registrations and Licensing Agency (BRELA), certified by the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA), and maintain active direct ties with the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Development. Our advisory outcomes are backed by institutional accountability.
